We create our snow ourselves. Using a Manitowoc ice machine, we transform water into soft snowflakes. These snowflakes are then collected in a Howe basin, which works like an igloo for snow, keeping it fresh.

The maple taffy is cooked at a precise temperature of 234°F. This temperature is crucial to achieve the perfect texture—not too hard or too soft—and a caramelized flavor that is incomparable.
