It all began in 2001, with a snow taffy treat and a desire to share. Chantal and Stéphane created La Cabane Sucrée to bring this tradition to everyone. They started offering their services to daycare centers, schools, and ski slopes. The response was overwhelming! Kids, parents, and teachers alike were delighted to enjoy delicious snow taffy while having fun. Encouraged by this enthusiasm, Chantal and Stéphane took the next step: they created a mobile service, bringing the sugar shack directly to their clients.
